Cook, Bake, Eat – Adults
Join us for a hands-on 12-week program designed to help adults build confidence and independence in the kitchen. Together, we’ll learn practical cooking skills, practice essential kitchen safety, and create simple, healthy meals each week. This supportive, step-by-step group is perfect for adults looking to grow their life skills in a fun, encouraging environment.
Now offered on both Tuesday and Thursday.

Online Teen Social Group – 6 Weeks
Over six weeks, teens will connect with new people, strengthen their social and communication skills, and participate in fun weekly activities — all from the comfort of home. Each session includes a mix of games, creative arts, trivia, and interactive social challenges designed to build confidence and foster meaningful connections

A weekly meetup for teens to connect with others, participate in creative activities, and strengthen their social skills. Throughout this 6 week program teens will build their social confidence and enjoy weekly warm drinks & treats in a safe and cozy environment.

This week will be at Williams Fresh Cafe. Members are welcome to enjoy a drink or treat with the peers. This cost is covered by the member.
Gamer’s Haven
A 6 week group for teens to build their social skills and expand leisure skills in a positive environment. Participants will meet new people and engage in various types of games including board games, trivia games and video games with their peers.

This week will be game night at the Aspire office!
Life Skills
A 6-week program designed for teens to gain independence and build confidence, and help them connect with their community.
During this program, participants will develop the basic skills needed to transition to adulthood or independent living. Topics will include: healthy living, nutrition/meal preparation, personal hygiene, domestic skills such as laundry and cleaning, shopping/budgeting, and social etiquette. Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to practice social skills with peers and develop friendships. Each week, participants will attend a centre-based learning session and a community based experience session, giving them the chance to learn new skills and practice them in a real-world setting.
