Our services encourage skills-based learning, build confidence, as well as foster a positive mindset.
We also provide a supportive environment of communication and education for parents, guardians and families of neurodivergent individuals as they walk this journey.

Individual Coaching
One on one sessions tailored to the unique goals, challenges and talents of each individual.
A positive, supportive environment where young people can learn, practice and develop key life skills.
Virtual & Group Programs
These weekly programs empower neurodivergent young people as they learn skills, build confidence and connect with their community.
Programs range from 4-10 sessions either online or in person.
Workshops
Our workshops are single sessions that are focused on specific skills and topics. Some of our workshops are presented in collaboration with community support organizations.
Our workshops can be presented virtually or in person.
Community Mentoring
